Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM-4:30PM; 8 hours with a 30-minute lunch break); Rotating Saturdays
Compensation: $32.00 per hour
Position Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Dietitian to provide exceptional nutrition services. The ideal candidate will be tasked with performing detailed nutrition evaluations and developing care strategies for our patients. As an integral part of our healthcare workforce, you will significantly contribute to enhancing wellness and health outcomes within our community.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nutrition evaluations for patients
- Create tailored care strategies based on unique dietary requirements and health conditions
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care
- Inform patients and their families about effective nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements and research in nutrition and dietetics
- Comply with all ethical and legal standards concerning patient care and confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification is mandatory
- Must hold a valid Dietitian license in the state of Florida (required prior to employment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting
- Dedication to delivering high-quality patient services
- Previous clinical experience is preferred but not essential
