We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at APN Consulting Inc.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced ICU environment, providing high-quality patient care to critically ill medical and surgical patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with sepsis, cardiac arrest, renal failure, and other life-threatening conditions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- 1 year of experience in ICU or Critical Care nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or Compact state.
- ACLS and BCLS certifications.
- Preferred certifications: NIH and CCRN.
This is a night shift position, working 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, with a 48-hour overtime multiplier.
