We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at APN Consulting Inc.
Job Summary:The Critical Care Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with sepsis, cardiac arrest, renal failure, and other complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- 1 year of experience in ICU or Critical Care setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or Compact state.
- ACLS and BCLS certifications required; NIH and CCRN certifications preferred.
4x12-hour night shifts, with 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
