Role Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will foster meaningful and caring relationships with the residents under your care. Each day presents an opportunity to positively impact the lives of others as you assist residents with their daily activities. Your presence will bring joy and comfort to those you serve.
We offer both full-time and part-time schedules, with competitive pay starting at $22.00 per hour, including shift differentials for evening and night shifts. Additional incentive pay is available for extra hours worked. Shifts are available from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

- Assist residents with personal needs, including grooming, hygiene, feeding, mobility, and exercise.

Qualifications:
- Positive and supportive attitude with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to adapt to diverse environments and various vulnerable populations.
- Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification registered with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as federal, state, and local codes applicable to the role.
