Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers and extractors
  • Restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
