The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of residents through clinical and operations management, staff recruitment and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of medical charts and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Procurement of essential goods and services for designated sites.
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with various stakeholders, including leadership, staff, and external partners.
  • Communication with healthcare professionals and other external partners as needed.
  • Completion and submission of required reports and documentation.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Providing direct care and support as needed for special events and emergencies.
  • Oversight of PCC Residential Vehicles, including maintenance and inspections.
  • Human Resources responsibilities, including recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
Requirements
  • A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years' work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability.
  • An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years' work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability.
  • Valid PA driver's license, state police clearance, FBI clearance, and CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, dust, and noise.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
