Job Description

As a Home Care Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our network of referral sources. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and relationship-building.

Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining key relationships with referral sources, driving brand awareness, and acquiring new clients. You will also establish and nurture relationships with existing referral sources, emphasizing long-term business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of four years of sales experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, social media platforms, and Google products.
