Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at the HealthPartners Center for International Health Clinic in St. Paul. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care and urgent care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in refugee and immigrant health care.
- Current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Demonstrated commitment to and knowledge of the field of refugee/immigrant health, primary care, team orientation, and excellent communication skills.
- US and international experience working with refugees and globally mobile populations.
