About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Inpatient team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • At least one year of inpatient hospital RN experience
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • License/Certification
  • o RN – Registered Nurse
  • o BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
