Molly Maid of Towson/Bel Air is in search of a House Cleaner to enhance our workforce. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining private homes, as well as providing light commercial cleaning services for professional environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning and sanitizing duties throughout assigned properties.

Specific Cleaning Tasks Include:
Sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, shutters, baseboards, and flooring.
Dusting and wiping surfaces in various rooms.
Cleaning mirrors, showers, tubs, enclosures, and glass doors.
Vacuuming and cleaning floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
Changing and replacing linens, bedspreads, and blankets.
Supply Management:
Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies.
Ensure safe operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Daily cleaning of used materials and managing inventory.
Other Expectations:
Take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Engage in professional and pleasant interactions with clients and colleagues.

Demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication with the office, and the ability to follow instructions while representing the company positively in the field.

Additional Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
