Job Summary: We are seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Residential Treatment team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support for mental health treatment and create a safe and therapeutic environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a residential counselor and work one-on-one with clients to learn or regain skills for successful community and independent living and socialization.
  • Ensure medication compliance, including responsibility for safety, dosage, and cleanliness.
  • Work as part of a collaborative service team to develop and implement individual service plans.
  • Provide transportation and attend clients' medical appointments, advocating for their needs and ensuring follow-up instructions are documented and followed through on.
