Position Overview

As a Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing dough and other delicious products.
  • Shaping and twisting pretzels.
  • Coating, shaping, and seasoning pretzels.
  • Managing pretzel trays in the oven, ensuring proper baking times and color.
  • Handling specialty pretzels and beverages.
  • Maintaining a friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
  • Accurately operating cash registers in accordance with company procedures.
  • Setting up and organizing equipment and supplies for service.
  • Cleaning and storing equipment and supplies at the end of shifts.
  • Following cleaning and maintenance protocols as directed by supervisors.
  • Adhering to dress code and grooming standards.
  • Complying with all company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Executing all essential job functions safely and effectively.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must exhibit a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a friendly personality. Reliable transportation and accessibility by phone are essential. Candidates must meet age requirements for equipment operation as per regulations.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform the required tasks, including standing for extended periods, working with agility, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour
