We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Technician to join our team of dedicated Behavioral Health professionals working with Adolescents in our Residential Program dealing with psychiatric issues.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care support to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
- Work 8 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Direct patient care experience, CNA, or previous acute care/behavioral related experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old or older.
