Associate Software Engineer

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an Associate Application Engineer to join our team at Affinity Executive Search. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in project design, equipment knowledge, team collaboration, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities- Project Design: Develop and implement project designs that meet client requirements and company standards.
- Equipment Specification: Specify and procure equipment that meets project requirements and company standards.
- Project Flow Patterns: Develop and implement project flow patterns that ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- CAD Drawings: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date CAD drawings for projects.
- Equipment Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of equipment and its applications.
- Project Manual Design: Design and develop project manuals that meet client requirements and company standards.
- Technical Writing: Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
- SDS and Chemical Compatibility: Develop and maintain knowledge of SDS and chemical compatibility.
- Learn through Training Others: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Strong Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with clients.
- On-Site Meetings: Attend on-site meetings with clients and team members to discuss project progress and objectives.
- Basic Pump Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of basic pump principles and applications.
- Pump Curve Design: Design and develop pump curves that meet client requirements and company standards.
- Pump Accessories: Develop and maintain knowledge of pump accessories and their applications.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Filtration Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of filtration principles and applications.
- Sediment Separation: Develop and maintain knowledge of sediment separation principles and applications.
- Media Contaminant Adsorption: Develop and maintain knowledge of media contaminant adsorption principles and applications.
- Leadership: Lead team meetings and provide guidance and direction to team members.
- No previous experience necessary.
- Previous experience may be considered for compensation adjustments.
- CAD experience preferred.
- Four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering-related field required.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
