Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at My Favorite Therapists, LLC in Tampa, Florida. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior plans, and supervising behavior analytic interventions.


About the Role: Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and compassionate professional with a passion for helping children with autism. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide top-notch services, utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach and state-of-the-art therapy center.


Responsibilities:



  • Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and functional analyses
  • Design and implement function-driven behavior plans and supervise behavior analytic interventions
  • Develop and implement appropriate assessment and intervention methods
  • Teach others to carry out ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions based on published research
  • Provide on-going training to caregivers
  • On-going monitoring and evaluation of all behavioral objectives

  • BCBA certification required
