Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Xactimate estimator to join our team at Rainbow International Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing timely, accurate, and profitable estimations of property losses. Your expertise in Xactimate software and ability to communicate effectively with customers will be essential in helping us deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and scope projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and mold restoration projects.
  • Coordinate estimates and communicate with subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop accurate and profitable job estimates, including preparing written proposals and obtaining pricing for materials.
  • Maintain project files and ensure all expenditures are accounted for.
  • Attend customer-related functions and network with customers to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Xactimate estimate writing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software and other estimating tools.
