  • Operations:
    • Perform daily office responsibilities, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and maintaining accurate records.
    • Monitor and maintain a balancing record, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
    • Stay up-to-date on bank policies and procedures, applying knowledge to ensure compliance and quality service.
    • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, escalating complex matters to leadership as necessary.
  • Referrals:
    • Identify customer needs and refer them to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
    • Develop a working knowledge of retail products and services, utilizing tools for tracking referrals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive cash handling experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work varied shifts.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment with extensive computer screen use.
