The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, construction, or a related field, with at least 10 years of supervisory experience. They will be able to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and motivate staff to produce high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

The Leader in School Building Development will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive capital plan to support district growth
  • Leveraging expertise in facilities management, construction, and contract practices to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Fostering collaboration between staff, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Providing excellent customer service to school leaders, administrators, and other stakeholders
