Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Manage Routes: Plan and coordinate the weekly routes for our spray technicians to ensure that clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Train and supervise spray technicians in the proper use of equipment and chemical mixing to ensure high-quality results and a safe working environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have, while also identifying opportunities to enhance our services and grow our business portfolio.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Coach and mentor spray technicians to maximize their potential and the efficiency of our crews, while also filling in for team members as needed to ensure that we meet client schedule expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience performing applications to turf, tree, and shrub environments, with supervisory experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MSDS and chemical uses, ability to identify different pest issues and apply applicable chemicals, and proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change quickly, while also being service-oriented and focused on exceeding customer needs.
