Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Piano Accompanist to provide musical support for our vocal ensemble programs. The ideal candidate will have experience playing the piano and a strong understanding of music theory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide piano accompaniment for vocal performances and rehearsals
  • Support the Music Department with technical and clerical tasks
  • Collaborate with instructors and students to enhance musical performances
  • Organize and maintain music materials and equipment
Requirements
  • One year of experience as a piano accompanist for soloists or groups of vocalists
  • Valid California Driver License and ability to transport equipment
  • Ability to work non-standard hours for rehearsals and performances
Working Conditions

The work environment is indoors, climate-controlled, and requires normal safety precautions. The physical demands of the job include sitting, grasping, and repetitive hand movements.
