Your Role as a Technology Intern

This is a full-time position where you will provide technical support to our staff and clients regarding hardware and software issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Monitoring and assisting with cybersecurity protocols
  • Maintaining accurate records and offering training to team members on system usage
  • Researching and proposing solutions for technical challenges
  • Supporting and enhancing organizational data systems

Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Proof of automobile insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of computer systems, software, and network security
  • Familiarity with hardware and software installation processes
  • Commitment to excellence in IT and cybersecurity
