Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to handle materials and produce products
- Perform physically demanding work that requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, strength, and stamina
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a cold environment (approximately 20-40 degrees) and/or warm areas (over 100 degrees)
- Ability to work in a noisy environment using personal protective equipment (PPE)
