Job Description

At Micron Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Alignment Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving alignment, BKM identification, development, deployment, and execution across all levels of manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BKM alignment and network standardization programs to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Drive OEE improvements to meet BIC standards through BKM identification, systems/tools development, and lessons learned sharing.
  • Manage excess tools through Warm/Cold Idle Business Process and standardization.
  • Lead global standardization of PM Procedures for shared workstations, Post Maintenance Qualification Alignment, MVC (eFMEA), Scrap reduction, and GDM recurrence prevention.
  • Enable Labor Productivity improvements through Power Walks, BKM identification, and system development.
  • Drive cost improvements through activities such as PM parts frequency alignment, recipe optimization, and second source opportunity identification.
  • Engage in TLP development programs and Engage/Voice improvements.
  • Standardize practices and BKMs in Process Areas.
  • Lead global TPM core teams to address chronic issues, drive improvements, and eliminate wastes.
  • Manage closure of Area level alignment projects.
  • Drive implementation plans for your process area/point of operation and define metrics to measure success and improvements in performance.
  • Create a library of area level BKMs for Equipment & Process Engineers to search for standards involving the setup of Equipment & associated processes.
  • Report progress to closure and performance improvement to site and OCT leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Science.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Fab environment.
  • Prior experience as CMP Process/Equipment Owner.
  • Strong background in Fab Operations, Process, Equipment, and Micron Systems.
  • Good English skills and the ability to lead and coordinate with site and global teams.
  • Good Program management skills.
