Position Overview: This role is primarily focused on the retail of apparel and accessory items to fulfill our customers' requirements, showcasing our products to generate interest, and assisting with inventory management to maximize profitability while consistently delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all patrons in the store
  • Establish a connection with customers through dialogue to comprehend their needs
  • Build customer trust through product expertise and accurate information delivery
  • Successfully finalize sales transactions
  • Enhance sales by demonstrating knowledge of related products or warranty options as suitable for customer needs
  • Process transactions using the cash register
  • Organize the store by replenishing shelves, counters, or displays with merchandise
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor and comfort in engaging with people
  • Passion for skiing or snowboarding with a basic understanding of the sport
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility in scheduling to maximize ski time, including availability for split shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds
