Job Description

The Commercial Project Manager will:

  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multiple commercial projects up to $10 million.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Be able to create material take-offs.
  • Be able to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Exhibit marketing and presentation skills.
  • Be highly organized, highly motivated, and a detail-directed problem solver.
  • Hold a college degree in a construction/engineering field, although not required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Manager (Construction) candidate will have:

  • Experience leading commercial construction projects (5+ years).
  • Experience creating project schedules.
  • Experience reviewing construction documents (submittals, plans, specifications, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Project.
  • OSHA-10 certification.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.).
