Per Diem Infusion Nurse Position

Position Overview:
OI Infusion Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (R.N.) to join our team as a Per Diem Infusion Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a current license within the state and a minimum of one year of Infusion/IV experience as an R.N.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform infusion therapy as directed by physician orders.
- Establish intravenous access per policy and procedure.
- Monitor reactions and patient progress.
- Educate patients and/or caregivers on disease process, medications.
- Demonstrate proper infection control techniques and follow universal precautions.
- Update clinical records according to policy and procedures.
- Adhere to safe nursing practice standards.
Requirements:
- Registered nurse (R.N.) with a current license within the state.
- Minimum of one year of Infusion/IV experience as an R.N.
- Work positively and favorably with patients, families, and staff.
