Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the receipt, storage, and order filling of inventory
  • Provide leadership and motivation to associates
  • Communicate effectively with associates and create an open communication style
  • Assist management in problem solving and coordinating projects
  • Recruit, train, and develop department associates
  • Conduct associate performance reviews and monitor productivity and accuracy
  • Administer safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years' experience in a production, logistics, or business-to-business distribution facility with 2 years minimum supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures, and proven decision-making capabilities
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Control processes, and logistics preferred
