Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sonograms in an efficient manner while ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sonograms and synthesize sonographic information and medical history to communicate findings to physicians.
  • Have a full knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound equipment, software, and computer systems used to maintain patient information and diagnostic images.
  • Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma and graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
  • Current overview and knowledge of operations within a hospital or outpatient ultrasound department is also preferred.
Requirements
  • Must be flexible with work assignments and have good communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and physicians.
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.
