Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker to join our team at our bakery café. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of product quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Make product recommendations to enhance customer experience.
  • Bake a variety of breads and baked goods.
  • Prepare ingredients and products for the following day’s baking.
  • Organize and maintain the freezer and refrigerator.
  • Pack delivery items and set up product displays.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the baking area.
  • Craft and serve baked goods, sandwiches, salads, and pastries with care.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements:
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a reasonable commute.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Previous experience in a café or bakery setting is advantageous.
