Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Baker to contribute to our vibrant bakery café. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training to ensure your success in our dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $18.00 to $19.00, including tips
  • Base Pay: Starts at $12.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement

Work Schedule:
  • Shifts typically range from 4:45 AM to 12:00 PM
  • 6-8 hour shifts, 5 days a week, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
  • Handle cash and credit transactions effectively
  • Make product recommendations to enhance customer experience
  • Bake a variety of breads and baked goods
  • Prepare items for the following day's baking
  • Organize storage areas for ingredients and supplies
  • Set up attractive displays for baked goods
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the baking area
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers through excellent service

Qualifications:
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Prior experience in a café or bakery is advantageous
