Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Coordination Specialist to assist our Directors and Team Leads in driving innovative solutions and taking initiative in problem-solving. This role is primarily hybrid, with a preference for working at our office part-time and remotely for the remainder. We are open to fully remote arrangements for the right candidate in select states. Responsibilities will include:
  • Expense and Timesheet Oversight: Approve and report expenses, ensuring timely invoicing, while monitoring and validating team timesheets for accurate task code usage.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Aid in the preparation of Monthly Status Reports by collaborating with the financial support team, and assist in proposal preparation through document management, scheduling reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Compliance and Administration: Monitor and ensure compliance of deliverable products using company tools, support the timely preparation and release of compliant invoices, and assist in the administration and oversight of contracts.
  • Recruitment and Hiring Support: Provide administrative and coordination assistance throughout the recruitment process within service delivery teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) that meets ISO9001:2015 standards and contribute to quality objectives. In collaboration with leadership, prepare and/or conduct performance and quality audits on relevant contracts as necessary.
This dynamic position requires collaboration across various locations and time zones while supporting corporate objectives.
