Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, tasks, and timelines under the guidance of project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation records and reports.
  • Resource Management: Support resource allocation and capacity planning for project tasks and activities.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking project risks and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Entry-level experience in project coordination, assistant project management, or related roles is advantageous.
  • Well-Organized, Reliable, Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking Skills, Multitasking Ability, and Time Management.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
