Information Assurance Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Assurance Security Specialist to join our team at AHU Technologies Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective resolution of end-user issues via telephone, web portal, and email.
- Provisioning and system setup for new hires, including hardware and software configuration.
- Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including hardware repairs and delivery of peripherals.
- Install and configure hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices.
- Administer Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, DHCP, network firewalls, and switches.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Ensure company safety and security standards are met.
- Design and architect network and server solutions.
- High-level Tech Support experience with a minimum of 5 years.
- Active Directory knowledge and experience with a minimum of 5 years.
- Kaseya experience is required.
- Network firewall and switch administration and maintenance experience is required.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive to customer locations when required.
- CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+ certifications are highly desired.
- Microsoft Desktop operating systems certification is highly desired.
