**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Capstone Logistics. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing weekly, multi-state payrolls and providing payroll support to all levels of management and field personnel.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Processing weekly, multi-state payrolls, including entering exceptions, garnishments, and other earnings or deductions.
  • Reviewing data imported from time and attendance systems to ensure accurate transfer of hours worked and pay owed.
  • Reviewing and auditing computed wages and deductions, correcting errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
  • Posting wages and deductions to payroll records.
  • Creating, canceling, and reissuing manual payroll checks or manual loads to payroll debit cards as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with complex, multi-state payrolls.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A minimum of two years of experience with ADP Payroll systems.
