At Alivio Injury Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients and contribute to their overall wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and more, tailored to patients' specific needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Conduct thorough client assessments and consultations to understand their medical history, physical conditions, and individual needs.
  • Create personalized treatment plans and recommend appropriate frequency of sessions based on clients' needs.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and developments to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless and comprehensive wellness experience for clients.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to attract and retain clients, contributing to the growth of the business.

    Requirements:

    • Valid state license as a Massage Therapist.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in massage therapy (fresh graduates from accredited programs are also encouraged to apply).
    • Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, with the ability to customize sessions based on patients' needs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess clients' conditions accurately.
    • A commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
    • A genuine passion for promoting health and wellness through massage therapy.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
