Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer experience, ensuring seamless interactions and exceeding customer expectations
  • Accurately log customer transactions in the POS system, maintaining accurate records
  • Ensure all technology platforms are updated with the latest information, including specials, events, and marketing materials
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and employee purchases, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste
  • Oversee the floor, ensuring staff is on task and meeting productivity standards
  • Maintain proper cash-handling procedures, accurately distributing cash tips and accounting for all cash
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail or customer service experience (1-3 years)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
