Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Greystone Health Care Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs
  • Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly
  • Assign nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff capabilities
  • Supervise, direct, and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
  • Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments for assigned residents
  • Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel
  • Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained
  • Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Valid RN license in the state employed
  • Valid CPR certification
  • One year of nursing experience preferred
