About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit team at Memorial Medical Center. As a Nurse Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
