About the Role

This Residential Sales Professional will play a key role in connecting people and communities by offering best-in-class telecommunication services through door-to-door solicitation of new prospective customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads.
  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis and develop sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers' needs.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Engaging interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen and articulate pitches to sell products and services.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
