Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Clinical Oversight: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based ABA services that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Program Development and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new clinical programs, services, and initiatives that drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- Staff Development and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Business Development and Partnerships: Foster strategic partnerships with payors, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve our market position.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BCBA, with a proven track record of leadership and clinical excellence.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
