Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and direct a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to achieve business objectives and provide excellent patient care.
  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure a safe and quality-driven environment for patients, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with patients, customers, and colleagues, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage pharmacy finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License: Possess an active pharmacy license in the state where employed.
  • Immunization Certification: Hold immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
