This is a full-time, contract role with the potential for permanent placement based on performance, reliability, and attitude. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible mandatory overtime on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, scan, and park all incoming vehicles.
  • Document and report any transportation-related damages for incoming vehicles.
  • Conduct monthly vehicle inventory checks.
  • Ensure the lot is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Provide assistance to other lot staff as required.
  • Uphold proper housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Safely operate all machinery, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Successful completion of a driver check is mandatory.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience is necessary.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions throughout the year.
  • Ability to read and understand delivery receipts.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
