Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join the Randy Wise Automotive Team in Flint, Michigan. As a key member of our customer service group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.

This role requires a proactive individual who takes pride in the presentation of vehicles and the upkeep of our lot. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive first impression and an inviting experience from the moment they arrive.

As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the orderly appearance of vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are parked in designated areas and are clean and presentable. You will also assist with checking in new vehicle deliveries, accurately documenting vehicle details, and organizing them on the lot.

In addition, you will provide a welcoming experience for customers by directing them to their desired departments or vehicles and answering any initial queries. You will also collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
