Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to work in a fast-paced Trauma environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to the development of our Trauma program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the Trauma unit.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and evidence-based practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Nurse Practitioner Acute Care Certification required.
  • Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are encouraged to apply.
