Position Overview

CADRE is in search of a Senior GIS Systems Administrator with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in GIS server management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, execution, and upkeep of comprehensive enterprise GIS systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive enterprise GIS systems
  • Implement both open-source and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) GIS servers
  • Architect and assess intelligence systems frameworks
  • Oversee geospatial data discovery, analysis, exploitation, and management within OGC-compliant applications

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in GIS server management with a strong proficiency in deploying open-source and COTS GIS servers
  • Advanced scripting skills in Python, along with familiarity in C# and Java
  • Exceptional skills in designing and evaluating intelligence systems architecture
  • In-depth knowledge of geospatial data management in OGC-compliant applications
  • DoDD certification is mandatory
  • Must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
