Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily financial transactions and tasks related to community operations, including rent collection, fee processing, and financial reporting
  • Reviewing and submitting invoices from vendors and service providers for payment
  • Reviewing resident files and accounting records, communicating with residents regarding outstanding balances, and implementing procedures for collecting on delinquencies
  • Processing resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements
  • Following up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensuring resident requests have been completed
  • Generating interest in the community's unique features and benefits, highlighting what sets it apart from the competition
  • Promoting resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express concerns and assist with resolution
  • Acting as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.)
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • A willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
