This role is essential in supporting the Service Department to deliver exceptional customer care regarding both new and pre-owned agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Manager and technicians to ensure the department operates efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
  • Support service technicians by delivering parts and relocating equipment as required.
  • Participate in the repair and maintenance of agricultural and outdoor power machinery.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, assist with safety inspections, and contribute to a secure working environment.
  • Complete necessary reports and documentation associated with work tasks.
  • Load and unload parts and equipment as needed.
  • Engage with customers to assist in safely loading, unloading, and operating equipment, as well as navigating the store and workshop.
  • Answer phones as necessary to support customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, carrying, and operating machinery.
  • Experience operating a forklift and various motor vehicles for parts and equipment transportation.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Capability to operate machinery for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
