Banking Associate

As a Banking Associate at BankWest, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accurate processing of customer transactions. Your primary duties will include actively greeting each customer, determining their specific banking needs, and providing a single point of contact for the completion of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide customer service and support
• Identify customer needs for convenience services and referral opportunities
• Make recommendations to customers for additional banking products and services

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Bank trainee or intern experience
• Experience in customer service

Knowledge and Special Skills:

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of banking terminology and procedures
