Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, OH. As a key member of our operations support team, you will provide day-to-day support with general administrative functions and team management needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and team-building efforts
  • Manage key expense reports, invoicing, and purchasing card transactions
  • Order supplies and materials as needed
  • Assist with new hire orientation and coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence, including email, letters, and packages
  • Assist with engineering project documentation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, including meal planning when needed
Requirements
  • Prior administrative support experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Solid skills with peripheral technology, including printers, digital cameras, scanners, and A/V equipment
  • Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidence of important, sensitive information and materials
  • Enthusiastic team player with an interest in helping the team stay connected and working effectively together
