Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation claims.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- A college degree is preferred, although a high school diploma with relevant experience will be considered.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Compensation and Benefits:
